It's the delivery option that you have to tip for. Basically those orders require someone to go shopping for you at your local Walmart and bring it to your house (sort of like a Uber / Door Dash).
Interesting thing is some shipping orders end up still being brought to your house via a delivery person in a car anyway, but you don't have to tip for those. They are considered regular shipping.
I will not ever take advantage of this deal again.

You don't have to tip.
As others have pointed out, tipping is optional.
But with a suggested 10 percent tip, a $50 order would be a $5 tip, which I am more than happy to pay.
There is a bridge toll between my home and the store, which is never added to my order, that is more than that. So lazy me is thrilled to have someone shop for me and deliver on my schedule for much less than the cost of shopping in store myself.
And if someone is willing to work this gig they deserve that tip (and usually more).
These shoppers and drivers work hard to provide a convenience.
To each his/her own but these small tips are well earned and worth it to me.
