It helped me know that the deal worked for others and may also be helpful for others wondering if it's worth having both services or not

My grocery deliveries were always wrong. I was always receiving only part of my order or someone elses order entirely. Is this a problem for others?

PSA: WM grocery purchases don't code as groceries for debit/credit card offers.

Will this stack with Amex offer of 50 back? I guess that needs full price membership?

Like others have said, sometimes there are issues with substitutions. However, overall, I love using them to order groceries. I can't remember the last time I actually went to the store. It's a steal at this price, considering this is the price of delivery for like 4 orders if you don't have the subscription.

Yes, drivers don't even read basic instructions either. They deliver to another street or 3 doors down. I'd say about 50% or more of my Doordash, Instacart, and Walmart+ orders go elsewhere or are wrong.

Worked for me, but probably won't sign up again. The free delivery was nice, but I'm already paying for an Amazon Prime membership and I can wait for next day.
I find the gas savings +.10/gallon over the course of the year pays the membership cost (their station is the cheap one in the area anyways)

Why do you need to say this here? Do you want others to validate your subscription to Prime and buying their overpriced grocery?

Because it's their OPINION

Same here. They mess up 50% of my orders. The drivers don't even speak English.
Only way to fix this is to call and waste time while they investigate.
Walmart is aware of these issues.
This membership is not worth it for me. They should bundle this cost with Sam's Club.

Any AMEX promos to add on to this?
AMEX currently has "Earn a one-time $49 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible Card to make a single purchase of $98 or more on Walmart+ annual memberships online". I cannot see how we could possibly combine with this deal with that. Hopefully someone smarter than me can figure it out.

Hm, I am thinking what if you buy at the full price to trigger the amex offer, then call Walmart and ask for the 50% discount with a screenshot that you had this promo but did not apply it somehow...Anyone with experience if Walmart will discount after the purchase?

That was always a problem for me! I would never get a complete order and spent more time trying to get a refund for the missing items that placing the order.

Thanks for the deal. I feel like they should offer this after someone's trial cos i was on a spending spree at one point, but now i don't think i could justify a random $50 for things i'll probably only get in drips n drabs...

My Annual plan expires in less than a month and is set not to renew, but I don't see any popups offering the reduced rate. Has anybody in this situation seen the popup so far?

I have both. Walmart seems to better suit my needs for everyday items, while Amazon seems to be better for one-time purchases.

Mine is going to renew May 6, so I clicked cancel. It cancelled with no offer at all. Oh well.

Do you use WM pharmacy? If so you can get free delivery with this membership. Otherwise, it's around $10 each time.
Used to use WM pharmacy, switched to Amazon pharmacy, easier and quite a bit of savings.
WM got to be $28/month for 3 common prescriptions (with insurance), Amazon is $16 for 3 month supply of all 3 prescriptions (no insurance/insurance not accepted), Amazon delivers them within 2-3 days also
