My wife's super-expensive & old Cordon Bleu Stainless frying pans are all warped, likely due to being heated or cooling too quickly or being used on the wrong size element. I've dealt with them through 10 years of marriage and I'm over them and ready for something that is flat again.
EDIT: Aw heck, I just picked up another set for my step-daughter to have for when she moves to her own place.

I have had, cuisnart, trammontina, and all clad.
and i prefer the all clad over anything the response and retention on the D3 is more then versatile.
I use the trammontina when i need another fry pan and the quality is pretty good for their price point.
