I have this camera, and it's pretty nice. I doubt the 4k claim, but you can see license plates from a pretty good distance

I also have this camera and it overheated. The upper left portion of the screen is now black.

Cheap Chinese junk. Fake 4k
Please recommend non-Chinese-made comparable alternative. Thanks!

Bought this item 2 years ago and it died after 2 years. Many people experienced the same issue. Check the reviews

Does this dashcam have a native 4k sensor or is it upscaling?

Almost all dashcams use the same sensor. Project Farm on YouTube did a comparison of a lot of models, and the Tiger came in 2nd place. I have had this model for a couple years now and have been happy with it so far, except for it's slow Wi-Fi speed.

No, it has a built-in GPS.
