You have to be on the 200GB or higher plan. A 200GB plan will get you 3% in credit, anything higher will get you 10% credit.

You can upgrade prior to purchase. I usually do that. Upgrade to the 2TB plan, make purchase. Once your device ships you will get the credit added to your account and you can downgrade your storage plan.

I tried a 10% code that was sent to me. When checking out I received a message "Promo code doesn't apply". Help suggests it is not valid for items in my cart. I have only the phone in the cart. Anyone else encounter this?

Most 10% codes don't work on newly released devices

There are two types of 10% codes, 1 was from email registration that was reported to be working, and the other is a referral code that looks like a promo code that does not work.

I received my 9a from this promotion on Wednesday of this week. I've been very pleased with it so far. I am trading in my Pixel 6a. Of course the user experience is very similar to the 6a, except everything is just better, snappier, brighter, longer-lasting. I appreciate having wireless charging now, better cameras, a much larger battery, and the face and thumb unluck seem to work much much better. I encourage anyone going from Android to this Pixel 9a to use "SMS Backup and Restore" if they want to transfer text messages and MMS and have it work seamlessly. Google backup and restore functionality always screws up MMS transfers and I end up with a fraction of SMS with no corresponding MMS. Anyways, the 9a is a great phone upgrade for less than $200 with my 6a trade-in.

Thank you for providing your experience with the new phone. I am currently on a 7a, family members are on 6a. I also have a 8a I got last year with trading in a 3a.

I've been trying to get this deal for a week. Still unable to get the 100.00 email. I'm trading a 6a as well. Any advice? Thank you.
