Seems to vary by store, only a few stores near me have this price for pickup. Most other stores and the shipping option are $69.98

You can usually get a whole set of 5 tools and 2 batteries from this brand every other month with this included for 89 or 100. I believe the last sale was just last week.

Honestly even at 70, it's not a bad deal if you want the 12v ratchet. At 50, it's a very good deal

Crap I just bought a new Skil Brushless drill tool only for $25 a few hours ago on Ebay. If I hadn't I would've hopped on this even at $69.99 considering I would get the drill and also a ratchet which alone is originally priced higher than the sale price. I recently bought the Skil brushless impact driver, brushless jigsaw, and cutting tool which all work great. If the drill works as well the impact driver it is a quality drill. Love the halo light on it. Best light on a drill imo. I own Rigid, Bosch and for work my boss buys the Milwaukee fuel line for to use but I can honestly say the Skil Impact driver is as good power and quality wise.

I didn't catch the free tool part until I read your post and went back to the Loews site for the ratchet/drill combo. Already have the drill, impact, multi tool and Recip saw. Amazon had a great deal on the ratchet during the holiday season I believe for $79.99 with battery but I waited too long before they ran out. I will sell the drill and battery and just keep the ratchet and made out like a bandit!
My local Lowes has the drill at $69.99 but still worth it.

I have both, excellent for home diy for the price and compact size. does all my needs 3/8 impact works well on both my vehicles lug nuts. 4ah battery on the impact is where it shines more power/runtime. Check out the right angle impact b4 you buy its huge; heavy & bulky vs other 12v.

What zip are you seeing $49 for? I tried every zip in MD/NoVA and seeing $69 for every location.
