Whether $200 or $160... This is a great set for any BTTF and Lego fan.
I'm not a huge collector -- I have the treehouse, the Saturn rocket, this set, and the Indiana Jones Raiders diorama.

But this is the only one I wanted to build.

According to Keepa, its been hovering around $160 mark for months. This is by no means a good deal.

Unsolicited opinion, but this is great set and very well detailed. I got it from Zavvi about a year ago for just a little less than this deal. I greatly enjoyed the build and it looks great displayed. I even splurged on a light set which makes it even more impressive. Until the set is retired, I don't foresee much resale value since it tends to hover around this price for a while, but a great set to build if you enjoy BTTF and/or Lego. This set was originally slated to be retired later in 2025 but now looks to be around until 2026. The 10321 Corvette and 10274 Ghostbusters ECTO-1 are also sizable sets and impressive builds that look to be retiring this year though.
