Seems solid for the price but a 4070 would be better for 1440 gaming. Tight budget you could do worse and with that power supply upgrade later.

Unfortunately that wasn't an option. Other available option is the 3050 8GB.

HP adds so much spyware and bloatware just be aware. You can remove it but they will re, add it back on.

FWIW I got a refurbished 25L with 2060 and i7 in early 2020 and it's still chugging along. Limitations of 2060 aside, the rig itself has been very reliable.

Get the window CD key, download the window installation USB drive, and do a cleaned installation.

Don't forget to grab all the drivers for your computer before you do so. At the very least download the drivers for the WLAN card.
