55% Daily sodium per packet.

At my local grocery store these are 1.33 per packet so 10.64+tax for the 8 packets available in this deal.

If you have a Shaws [shaws.com] market nearby, Smart Ones [kraftheinz.com] frozen side dishes frequently go on sale for $1. In my opinion, they're vastly superior and healthier to Knorr side dishes.

I'm amazed at the quality of Smart Ones for the price. The portions are decent, there's a large variety to choose from, and most are under 350 calories.

The Cheesy Cheddar tastes really strange. Kids won't eat it.

These pasta packets always taste bitter and nasty. It's the dry powdered sauce. I don't know how people eat this stuff. It's like cleaning agent...

If you have Prime and value no-rush credits these individual bags of Cheddar Rotini [amazon.com] for $1/each is another option. I bought 5 of those and got a $3 no-rush credit.

A little hack I've learned is use kernel seasons white cheddar for popcorn and don't prepare the pasta with butter then this meal is a low fat option.
