Agreed!....but which "premium" brands are you referring to?

These are the best I've tasted out of the cheaper brands, and almost as good as the "premium" brands

I bought these once. Awesome, but I'm too cheap to do it again.

How do these compare against Season brand Sardines I get at Costco? Cost comparison? Taste comparison?

This, I want to know too. Love Seasons, but running low. Last sale, they were ~$1.50 a can.

"King Oscar" isn't really a premium brand. It's a typical supermarket item. "Premium" is overused on food products and can often be meaninglessness. Those particular ones aren't skinless & boneless, if that matters (it most definitely does to me).

12 cans of these in the "Season" brand would cost $28 at Costco. IMHO, these are as good or better (especially at this lower price).

Last sale where? $1.50/can is an unusually low price for these in the "Season" brand.

Mouthful of Sardines rated these 4.5 sardines out of 5. His reviews of the other Brunswick's didn't fare as well.

It's fair from an apples-to-apples standpoint to compare costco.com's shipped price since this deal is shipped to your door, but understand that most Costco members shop in-store frequently, so the in-store price will be more relevant.

Season was $1.50/can last time they were on sale.

Thanks OP. Ordered and hoping to be comparable to Seasons since both are made in Morocco.

Boneless means you don't get the bones, which I don't even notice, same as the skin, which has minerals that are in their and your bones. Kind of like an orange being premium because it has no vitamin C.
