I got free iphone 16 with no trade-in and no plan change via 36 month credit offer. On Unlimited Welcome with 4 lines. 5 years customer.
The offer doesn't show up in my account but received an email notification. Called CS and placed the order.

They mostly will not stack meaning if you have $10 loyalty discount/mo/line for 12 months I am pretty confident that you will not get this offer. In case you do see it the discount will not be auto credited.

I already have a veteran discount. Does that prevent me from getting any other kind of loyalty discount? Technically I qualified for the loyalty discount $10 off per line a while back but Verizon told me it can't be applied on top of the veteran discount. Is this true? Thanks in advance
