Per product page description, Flappy Elephant has 2 play modes. When you press its left foot it hides behind its oversized ears and plays peek-a-boo and when you press its right foot it plays a song in a child's voice while its ears flap to the rhythm (Song styles may vary)

There are damaged packaging ones on the product page for $13.90. States fully functioning .. picked one up for my nephews kid for $14.60 all in.
