During checkout the enter code needs to be found and selected. Then you click the "arrow" to the right of the code that you enter, prior to clicking "continue"?

At Checkout I was told the code was invalid for this product. However, when I left my cart and went back in, both the coupon and the discount code were applied 19.99 -> 10.99 as advertised.

Shame none of these charge via MagSafe. I ended up just buying a plastic holder attached to a typical swivel ball for my official Apple MagSafe puck.Obviously more expensive if you do not have a MagSafe puck laying around though.

Don't mean to thread crap but, I got this UGREEN phone holder [amazon.com] (similar model) and the magnet worked fine. Until you put it under the phone case (standard otterbox defender series). Didn't hold it for nothin. Really disappointed. Not sure why the reviews didn't reflect more of this.

I'm assuming you're referring to a MagSafe ring that makes a non-MagSafe phone, MagSafe-compatible. If it's just a metal ring (and not a ring made of magnets) that you put inside your case, that would explain it.
