I have had a couple of these for about 7 or eight years now and love them. They get light use, but never had any issues with the lid. It's a really great design where you don't (can't) need to disassemble the lid to clean it. It just folds out and the dishwasher does the rest. So much easier than the Yeti rambler I have. It keeps drinks hot or cold for a few hours; it's better at keeping cold drinks or iced drinks cold then hot drinks hot. The Yeti is far superior at temperature control, but these are fine for most occasions. I use mine with a cup holder on my motorcycle because of the one-hand operation and because it won't leak - it's perfect for hot or cold drinks on the road.

Anyone know if the new lids are compatible with an older AutoSeal mug (8-10 years, maybe more?). The sealing mechanism gave up the ghost last year.

If you ever have a problem with these, Contigo will replace for free. One of my old Autoseals lost a little rubber nub that seals the mouth hole. I asked about getting a new piece or lid and they just sent me a whole new updated bottle.
