edit: j/k a quick search shows the 12600kf has been also cheaper in various places (amz, newegg, etc.), like $114-$125 or so.
As long as you can flash your BIOS and are not worried about the initial quality issues of the 13th and 14th gen, mainly the i7 and i9 line, anything over 65w.

Supposedly this has been addressed with a bios update and microcode patch.
There was also an issue of oxidation on early 13th (and 14th?) chip runs, also supposedly fixed.

I think it's been as low as 115 that I've seen for a short time at micro center
(Don't want to build a new computer, just want a new processor and a used gtx 1080 for better gaming performance on the cheap)
