Same. Finally did the first run of it last night. I've been paying cleaners to come clean my house biweekly. This was cheaper than them coming once and it cleaned my floors better than they do.

I got this a few weeks ago and it was brand new. Box was resealed and some packaging tabs were missing. I guess it's a hit or miss
I had the same experience. Their custom support is hilariously bad. eBay promptly refunded me when I couldn't help from Dreame. Issue for me was the item never shipped after two weeks of having a tracking number

The objective here is clear - open up the box and see something that looks like it went 10 rounds with the champ? Schedule your return and don't think twice about it. Otherwise, put it through the ringer for a week or two to make sure it's a keeper.
