For $200 this was beyond a steel. So far, you know how it is IME durability on robovacs is always the issue.
Second the base wasn't pumping water to clean or wet mop and self clean by holding the leave button for 3 seconds. Using a ball pump (people recommend using syringe) I tried blowing air through the pretty much every holes and everything as recommended by people who had the same issue and ran self repair probably like 10 times and nothing work. In the final attempt to fix it I decided to open the base up and as i was turning it upside down I heard something sliding and rattling inside the base, so i shook it and turned it upside down a couple of times. Turned out it was too much of a pain to open it up so I gave up and getting ready to pack it up and return it. Plugged it in and gave it one more try. Pressed and held the leave button and now water started flowing down. Thought that was the only issue and everything was fixed. later realized the mop became dry a few minutes after mopping so i did some googling and found that it was suppose to stay wet base on the setting. Thought the vacuum is not dispersing water to the mop from the internal water tank but turned out the base is not filling up the vacuum internal water tank. This was a simple fix, with the soap cartridge installed, I just blew air into the hole from the clean water tank using a ball pump. It took me a few hours each day to look up the problem and trying every method to fix it.
