These are the hairline scratches on mine. I was disappointed at first, but then I thought it was totally acceptable, since I'll likely bump the watch here and there myself and these kinds of marks would happen anyway.

You have to turn off the cellular chip or the battery will drain faster. And like the other guy said it seems like if you turn off the cellular trip the battery life still isnt quite as good.

Yes. The watch has its own eSIM number. So you'd need to sign up with your cell provider for a new plan.

To be clear, this is really only helpful if you want to use your watch independently of your phone. I.e. going for a run and stream music but leave your phone at home.

If you don't get a separate plan for your watch, everything works as long as your watch is within Bluetooth range of your phone (or potentially on the same wifi)

Arrived today in excellent condition. Battery was completely dead - I mean there was no response from any button press. It was on the charger about 3 minutes before it blinked on and showed 1%. Maybe this means they gave me a new battery???

I received mine is "very good" state, screen is scratch free but there are visible scratches on the bezel and back. Is there a way to find battery health (if it's new)

If that's what people consider "hairline" scratches to be, it's nothing more than a coping strategy. That looks like it's in awful condition.

Received mine today and it was not in excellent condition - multiple scratches on the bezel. Battery was completely dead - charging it now to see what kind of condition it is in. Might send it back as excellent condition is supposed to mean "no dents or visible scratches"

Came in today, looks nearly brand new, no scratches. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones. Batter was at 10% when it arrived, fully charged now and seems to be working well.

Yeah I was one of the unlucky ones, a few scratches on both the bezel and screen... oh well, still looks great! And hopefully battery life is still solid!

Bought "good" condition for $70 before the code to go along the open box Samsung Ring that I got from Best Buy. Seems like a lottery on whether "excellent" is actually excellent anyways. Most likely will trade in the watch at some point.

Bought 2, one black and one gray. Hoping one would be "really excellent" without visible scratches and will return the other that may have visible scratches.

For me the price was the same for both of them. I don't know why OP mentioned Gray is cheaper than Black.

It was 95 for the black GPS only version while the other models were 90. Seller updated the price to 90 for all now.

Ordered the cellular and got mine delivered. There's a noticeable scratch on the top of the frame so I'm returning it. Not sure if I would describe that as Excellent condition but I don't usually buy refurbs so it is what is. I'm going to give it another day before deciding if the battery life is worth the cosmetic scratch

Received my good condition which was about $18 cheaper than the excellent condition. Looks pretty good condition, there is a 3 millimeter scratch that is somewhat noticeable on a dark screen if the light hits it at a certain angle but otherwise there's not much to nitpick about. Judging from how some people described their excellent condition watches, I don't regret cheaping out.

My gray titanium watch was received and appears to be in excellent (as advertised)/like new condition - no scratches or blemishes, Battery usage is approximately 20%/day, after the first 4 days of use. No complaints at all. Thanks to the OP for posting!
