Most USB devices operate at 5V. You MUST change the voltage somehow, or you WILL fry most USB devices. Most 5525 to USB cables do NOT do this.
SOME more advanced USB-C devices can natively handle 12V, and those should be fine.
If you're rolling your eyes, great, you know this. Amazon is going to plug this with a "customers often buy these" and a USB 5525 cord. People will fry stuff.

I've purchased a lot of 12v to USB converters and never saw one that goes 12v barrel directly to usb female without some conversion. Most of the ones on the market are the reverse, USB male to 12V barrel step up cables.

If it says 12V to USB, that's much more likely to include a voltage modulator - or at a minimum a PD circuit that will abort 5V devices from drawing.

The second one you mentioned doesn't work at all in reverse. The USB-C is ONLY the input (must be used with a PD capable wall adapter) and sends 20V to the barrel output.
In any event, those buying something like this have to do their due diligence and at the very least, have some common sense. The port can indeed be used to power USB devices using the proper adapters so I don't see anything wrong with that being in their advertisement.
To anyone reading that is interested in powering a usb device with any 12V battery, then just do the obvious and use a 12V to USB adapter. They're all over the place on Amazon.

Found in literally five seconds.
First, those don't fit in 5525 female ports like the one on this battery as it's too small.
Secondly, If the buyer actually reads the listings they would see that they're made for use with a 5V power supply, not 12V. Again, you have to have some common sense and practice due diligence.
Straight from your first listing:
"MEIRIYFA DC 5521 to USB Type C power cord is suitable for 5V USB Type C device power supply".
Straight from your 2nd listing:
"Note:The voltage of the power adapter connected to both ends must be the same as that of the device before normal use".
They push back against these a lot in the USB IF. It doesn't help with when LFP makers encourage use "for USB" with no warning that it can't do baseline 5V.
But what in the world is the point of the barrel connector? All batteries have "DC output" -- that's literally all they do. But this battery has 20A output capability, which is more amperage than most of the plugs in your house. No one is going to hook a 12 gauge wire to a barrel connector, so you're looking at a legit fire hazard if you use that connector to power something. And of course as others point out, 13+V should absolutely not be connected to a USB port on any device!
And if your charging this with a 15V AC adapter, now you're going to exceed the input voltage of the battery!
I love Eco-Worthy, but I do not get this...
Now, if they had included a cigarette lighter adapter port designed as output only, that would have made sense because all devices with that power supply are going to consume less than 10A because of typical car fuses.
