anyone from the previous deal with redemption cards for april have an issue- mine both have error'd out or said no value for the april redemption window- don't think i missed the timing. curious for any other data points

I did the deal last time and the bonus gift card definitely expired the day it said it would, the normal gift cards however have no expiration.

It could be because that is how they bait you. The actual gift card one buys, meaning your cash is in them. The bonus is like their discount offer to you. Kind of like a 401k match. They are taking away their match, but you still keep the money you invested.

If it has an expiration date, then the $10 is really a coupon like Kohl's Cash. Just give me a $60 gift card and then it's a good deal.

They would just state "Go right ahead. Just load up a gift card with $60 and have fun using it because you basically just put credit on a gift card from a credit card, which now only makes it useful for only buying from that restaurant chain."

Not sure if this is your issue, but I've learned that you can't save the bonus cards as a payment method online/in the app. But you can use it during the checkout process online/in the app.

Their reply, "No no no, you never clarified. You stated you wanted a $60 gift card. Use one of our giftcards and give us money by loading $ on it." Although, I do not know if the chain makes anything by you loading money on it. I think you have to actually spend it.

Last time I bought this, the $10 bonus errored out and their customer service treated me like I was trying to scam them by re-using the already claimed coupon. I will never get this again, it's better to wait for their 20% off gift card instead.
