Just a heads up. The address listed on Rove Dashcam's website is actually a rented private mailbox (PMB) at a UPS Store. That's kind of like the equivalent of using a gmail for business. It may signal something about the company's level of establishment. Worth keeping in mind.

If you research online from (dashcamtalk, project farm, and others) they will lead you to VIOFO A119 mini 2 or REDTIGER F7NP. Better cams for a few bucks more
Not a true 4k dash cam. Also overheats and resets often

I bought one on a similar deal and am more than happy with it. The video quality was surprisingly good compared to other Amazon brands and even the Garmin mini. Software is clunky and it may look like all of your video isn't being recorded but it is. The size was a little off putting at first but it's in a midsized truck and fits perfect. If mine died today I'd get another. I bought mine at $79.x and got a pro at the same price.

I have this dashcam, and the quality looks great, but there is some small static on the videos that I download from it. You can still make out the video itself, I just had to raise the contrast to fix this. I can make out license plates from a while away. I have 15% tints on the rear and it's able to record through it clearly. But obviously since it's 1080p in the back and in combination with the tints you can't make out license plates. It's 1080p as well so I wasn't expecting for it to do so. I bought this a few months ago when it was $150. For it's current price, I'd say it's a great deal.

I have the same model paid $108, installing was easy i would say did myself.. only the problem I'm having is connect it through app. It is connecting to the vehicle interface n disconnects from rove.. wounder if there is a fix.. bc it becomes useless unless u can't review the recording without getting disconnected

I have this camera with the hardwire kit (required for parking mode) and CPL filter (reduce dash reflection on windshield). I'm happy with the quality for the price. It can read plates at night which my last dash camera could not. Rove app works well for updating the camera firmware and downloading videos without removing the SD card. Plenty of YouTube videos to show you how to properly run the cables for these dual dash camera setups and install the hardwire kit. I used just the front camera for a while until it warmed up outside and then I installed the rear camera. Great deal at this price. Better price than I paid months ago.

This is a great deal on a solid cam. I have this in two of my vehicles, it's very reliable.

While that is true, this one still ranks well and is cheaper. I've been happy with my refurbished unit from a deal a while back.

It can be a pain and D/L is slow. I just pull the SD card and plug it into my notebook when i wish to save an event. I love the cam. Have one in each vehicle. Never had a problem with reflection or static in front view. I dont have the rear cam.

I bought this for $99 a few months ago, my first dash cam ever. I am extremely happy with it. Haven't had a single issue, and the video quality is better than expected. I travel every so often for work, and have been moving this to my rental car. It has never overheated or restarted itself. I like mine.

They just had another firmware update two days ago as well for this. Which says it even improves the reading of license plates.
