I have 2 other Rove R2-4K cams and been good... the early model which has battery vs SuperCapacitor died after 5 years.. recently got this R2-4K dual and i'm impressed.. The rear cam (internal only - dont mount in wet locations outside of car) uses USBC cable so its easy to fish thru spaces.. cable is long enough to go up the headliner and drop down (installed on Honda Odyssey car)

I bought this same camera a few weeks ago but only got around to using it (front only) for the last week. I'm quite impressed, the menus are intuitive, vid quality seems good, it pics up speed and heading with onboard GPS very quickly, quick bootup. The cables seem very nice and mounting hardware does, too. The manual is surprisingly entertaining. I haven't tried wifi or the app or anything. So far, a week in, I'm really pleased and that was even before this deal came around(I paid $150)!

Bought this when the front-only version made the frontpage to better cover my bases. It's been almost a month and so far it has been rock solid.
I already had a hard-wired dashcam installation and all I needed was a micro-usb to usb-c adapter to get this up and going.

Installed this exact camera a month ago. Easy to install, good video quality and friendly user interface (on the device and app). Solid camera. Don't forget to buy the hardwire kit seperate so you can utilize parking mode

Paid $103.49 on Oct 2. Same one, starvis 2. It was $123.49 with a $20 clipped coupon.

Completely worth it. Installed in my XC40 with their hardwire kit so that I can get 24x7 recording without killing my battery. Love that the time/date actually stays set correctly via GPS. I'll be getting another for my wife's car.
