Lack of TB is quite surprising.

This is my work laptop and I absolutely hate it. Do not get this. It is not good.

Battery life is unpredictable. At times ill get 3 hours on a full charge, other times it dies in a 90 min meeting. Speakers are insanely quiet to the point I can barely hear people clearly on zoom calls in a quiet room, other times they're loud enough. Just recently, the mute mic button on the function key randomly decides to turn on and won't turn off via a key press unless I open and close zoom. Please don't spend your money on this pos lol

HP Elitebook and probooks have been really solid machines in the last few years. They speak for themselves. If you know you know. Build quality and upgradability through the charts. This machine checks virtually every box except being a touch screen. 300 nits brightness is pretty good too considering most are 220-250 nits. Typically a machine like this, refurbished on eBay typically is 700-900$. So at this price this is quite the score actually.

But I can't speak for this generation of Intel CPUs. I often keep an eye out for Ryzen systems IMO those are the ones to go for. But if you want a super high quality laptop all aluminum chassis that will last many years these kinda machines are hard to beat.
