$60 for 24 bars, so the unit cost is $2.50. That's pricey, compared to other brands that deliver calories that put them into the meal replacement category. These have only 150 calories.

Different categories of bar.
This isn't meant as a meal replacement, it's meant as a high protein/low calorie snack. Good for those trying to stay on top of their macros for the day.
Tons of the popular "protein" bars out there have more carbs/fat than protein, which doesn't keep you full.

He's doing it to get back at Lou Ferrigno, they had a whole thing. It's a spite-bulk.

Great point! Protein bars and meal replacement bars are very different. I still have not found a true meal replacement bar that has decent ingredients and good ratios. There are few high-carb meal replacement bars (targeted toward serious hikers and backpackers) but not a good one for gym rats. If anyone knows of one, I'd appreciate the suggestion. (Personally, looking for something 350-550 calories with good carbohydrates like yam/sweet potato or oats with 30+ grams of protein.)
