I bought one from them and had no issues. Everything about the packaging and plastic peels on the pickup and Smooth plastic finish shows it is new. The guitar sounds and feels great. I have no issues. I think they just have overstock. I bought the same guitar from Guitar Center Brand New for $600. It was shipped to me from the warehouse but it was not packed the same. It was obvious it was used and sent back. No plastic peels, the thin foam wrap on the guitar was off and the tape seemed a little on the heavy side on the guitar box. I was lucky to catch the deal of this guitar before the return window closed at Guitar Center. I would buy from Adorama again. I had a pretty good experience with the last two guitars I got from them.
