I was not a huge fan of open world games over the years. Having said that, this is probably the best game I've ever played in 35 years of gaming. The world Rock Star has created is really incredible. The actions you take matter - there is a high honor and low honor ending. You will seriously get lost in this game if you let it. Also one of the "best" endings ever in terms of emotional impact. There's a reason RDR2 shows up in "Best games of all time" lists.
edit: Its the best $15 you'll spend all year imo.

Silly question but this won't work with the PC Xbox app? I have PC Gamepass and don't own an Xbox. Will this be playable for me or is this deal exclusive to xbox console only?

You need a XBOX to play this game. Xbox app will allow you to stream on PC from Xbox. To play without owning Xbox you need a Xbox Ultimate gamepass and the game has to be in GP streaming list. The resolution is still 1080p. To play higher you need to get Nvidia GeforceNow subscription.
