I bought it last deal for the same price. Returned it as even the mini size is too bulky. Also, the huge display only shows % left which is a waste for that size display.
What I do like is INIU is upfront on stating the typical output capacity on the back of the bank is which is 16000mAh/5V/80Wh.
If this power bank is too thick for your laptop bag, Baseus makes one that is this wider and thinner that has been getting good reviews. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09N3PRJZK?th=1
The mini looked great at half the length but pass at double the height.
Guess there's no way reduce the overall cubic volume.
No way to shoe horn 20k mah into a tighter footprint.
I would be happy for a cheap 10k that could charge a laptop
Some people say that mini size is not 25kmah. It's fake advertising
All power banks have a 20-30% capacity difference. They're using rebinned EV cells, so a few bad apples get through QA with more.
But even without that, you have heat loss, voltage modulation, and power transfer. You never get 1:1 as that defies the laws of physics. Only way to do that would be for them to pack 30,000 mAh in from the factory.
Guys look through the pictures and people who checked the capacity post pics of their capacity checkers. It's showing excellent results. Like 82 to 85 Whs for a 92 Wh battery. 90% of the stated capacity is bonkers good. I've been checking batteries for years and anything over 80% is great. 82 Whs would be excellent if they were claiming this was 100 Whs. Don't just look at the battery and guess whether it's good or not. But a capacity checker. Or

I bought this 20k power bank for laptop for $20 at half the height a few months ago but not really liking the length.

Also, both are smaller than the 145W Baseus I have that's rated for 20,000mAh.
They're either way overstated or the cells they're using are magic.

INIU isn't known for cheating on this.
