You're better off using the 12v adapter than wasting power to convert from DC to AC (using the inverter) and then back to DC.

You could always plug in a dual USB C charger into one of the 3 AC ports if you need additional C ports. It also has two USB A.

but what about next year... it'll be 2026 and you'll still have only 1 usb c ports

Then maybe I'll worry about upgrading then. Doesn't seem like that big of a deal.

Anyway, with the coupon I pulled the trigger. Solid deal.

I get around this by using the 12v adapter. I've got a couple extras so it works just fine for expanding my USBC needs.

so the only advantage to paying so much for so little wattage is that it can act like a UPS?

why aren't there $100 inverters out there that can act like a UPS so you can DIY and just add your own 100ah 12v lifepo4 battery

$150 battery + $100 inverter/charger/ups = $250 for 1000 watts vs "286"
