Very tempting to trade in a console for $80 less than I paid many years ago, but with the state of PC gaming and GPU prices, it's nice to know that you have a relatively top tier gaming experience on Xbox + game pass while you wait for a reasonable(ish) PC upgrade. Can't really see getting rid of mine even for a great price like this.

Normal trade in value is "up to $385.64", so this is an extra $35.05. Even if you buy a pro membership for $20 you're coming up $15 above normal value. I'd be surprised if you get anywhere near that selling on a marketplace used.

I'll also add - maybe I just treat my consoles with care but I've never not received the full amount on a console trade in deal.

Keeping mine. Dont think xbox will be releasing a new console soon w the tariffs. Plus switch consoles 2 are dumb expensive. All electronics/gaming related items will be going up so unless you will be needing the money in general I would recommend holding yours.

Good deal except it's my main console because of Game Pass so I'm good. It makes you wonder what console prices could be like if this tariff thing continues for months or years.

Switch 2 is completely off my radar due to controller and game prices. I might take a look in a year or two if this price madness ever ends. Can't see Microsoft or Sony launching a next gen system if tariffs continue for years.

considering all the weird tech that's coming out with the frame gen and all the jankiness with modern gaming, whatever comes out next is going to be terrible. we already own nothing.

The series S fills that void well in a meantime. For $200 game pass machine or less $ in secondary market, what's not to like?

We have a small brick and mortar shop and we purchased a decent amount of the Diablo bundles and held onto them until the prices went back up. We were able to sell them for $500 with a free game when Walmart and others were selling them for that without a pack-in.
