slickdeals ad

Ever since the latest update, the ads seems way more aggressive. It'll pop up even if I don't click on it. In fact, I'm doing a swiping motion and the ad will still come up… is this by design or a bug?

Slickdeals does not allow those types of ads but unfortunately, they can sometimes be hard to track down. It sounds like you may be referring to an ad you saw on a the Slickdeals app. Is that accurate?

Hi - thanks for the feedback. We have released an update to the iOS (6.0.2) and Android (6.0.1) apps that should provide more protection against bad actor ads that you are describing.

If you could update to the latest version and let me know if you are still experiencing this issue it would be most appreciated. Thanks again!
