The models I've bought on amazon that have this teflon-like material are Zojirushi SM-SD60BC and SM-SA60BA. I've owned and used them for almost a decade, water and coffee, and have never had any of the chipping issues people have mentioned. Like teflon pots and pans, you shouldn't use metal brushes to clean them. But I can understand the concern.
The linked deal is stainless steel on the inside, just like most travel mugs. The model number is SM-SHE60BZ. It looks identical on the outside, but it's not the same thing.

It's common. All mine have chipped.
*I filled it with nugget ice on a Thursday morning and left it in my pack over a weekend; there was still some ice in the bottle (along with the melt water) on Saturday night.

Yep. I put a couple ice cubes in it with my coffee otherwise the coffee will stay too hot to drink all day.

Keeps coffee hot for a crazy amount of time.
Too long, IME! I usually need to brew into a cup and then transfer it over to the Zojirushi before going on shift. If I don't do that the coffee will be too hot to even sip for half the shift!
Still, one of the best mugs ever. My first one I forgot on the SSN 784 before it left for sea trials. I'll sadly never see that mug again! It served me well lol
