Unless you are stuck in a tight spot, you are better off getting a 3/8 ratchet and using a 3/8-1/4 reducer adapter. I have 3/8 socket sets that go all the way to 7mm. Not many fasteners go much smaller except for 1/4 on hose clamps.

They put this version of the 3/8 ratchet in combos all the time.

1/4 is awesome for auto body, been using mine for years. 3/8 is actually pretty inconvenient. All depends on the application. Either way it's a pretty good deal

I literally just bought this tool last week using the buy more, save more, promo. This was about $5 cheaper than the price I paid, and you get a pair of 2ah batteries, charger and the bag. Had I known, I would have went with another tool for the BMSM deal. Dang it.

Don't stress. Just take that thing back for refund & buy this deal from homey depot instead.

That's a great deal. Tempting but I'm holding out for a deal on the insider for 60 ft lbs of torque.

I made my purchase from Toolup. So I'd have to mail it back at my own expense. Also, I already opened the box and started playing with it. I went with Toolup becauase HD has already started jacking up prices on certain M12 tools due to the stupid tariffs. It's all good. I've got plenty of M12 batteries already. I would have just sold the new ones to offset the cost of the tool anyways. LOL

I use this ratchet every day as a Honda mechanic. Tempting to buy a new one at this price.

Just be sure to pick up a set of low profile sockets to get into those tight spots where this tool shines. I have the 3/8" version and the M12 rotary tool versions.
