Yeah the mouse is fantastic otherwise for how little it costs, but it took only a year for mine to develop the double clicking issue so buyer beware

Yet you've owned enough of them to make an informed opinion. There isn't really a great alternative to Logitech's mice when they're $40 or less. But now that ones like the G604 are $100, I'm buying the similarly sized Amazon Basic one as a replacement.

FWIW, I got the G403 Hero ($48) for work a few weeks ago because I transferred my trusty MX518 (4+ years old) to a new personal setup. Before that, I used an MX500 for over a decade until the wheel got muddy enough to annoy me. No double-click issues for any.

Bought this mouse for my son's gaming setup for same price in 2023 . Right click stopped working after about 1.5yrs. Warranty claim was pretty easy and replacement came pretty fast. I'd definitely would buy again at this price.
