Yes, the cutter stalls. Yes. It can be finicky, but once you figure out how to use it, it's amazing. For instance breaking down tons of cardboard (utility blade can do that way easier, but a bit more dangerous and you have to change blades), cutting up huge rug pads, cutting open those damn plastic welded clamshells, etc. Sometimes you have to slightly tug at the material to get it to cut smoothly, but again, it's a tool that you get the hang of.
The screwdriver is simply that: an electric screwdriver. There is not a ton of torque. This is useful if you ever need to do a lot of screws at once, for example when replacing a lot of outlets or light switches. Think of it like a battery ratchet: not much torque but very convenient and saves the wrist.
The batteries can be used for charging your electronics too, they have USB C output. And there are 3AH batteries now that are nicer than the 2AH ones.
Power gouge: I use this for fun carving and carved a lot of stuff already. Terrible bits but great tool. The bits will make you feel like it's a crap tool. If you sharpen them or have high quality bits, it rules.
Sprayer: new item, but my wife uses it for her plants and garden, I will use it for our glass shower doors and windows, etc. Sometimes I will use it on our floor too when we are doing a deep clean.
Hot glue gun: self explanatory what it's used for, but it is great to have something like this mobile in a small form factor.
Scrubber: LOVE THIS. Not nearly as strong as a drill, but good enough. Great if you keep up with cleaning. Saved my life getting some soap scum out of my washer that someone used too much detergent on. Again not as strong as a drill brush but the plus side is you aren't holding a drill the whole time.
Detail scrubber: I use this for around sink faucets and stuff. Cleaning for small details and lines. Replaced a Rubbermaid one I had and very happy with it.
The lights are decent if you need something very small. The blower is only ok, not enough power. Stay away from the desk vacuum haha.
Overall I think it's a wonderful platform to round out if you have an existing set. Again, set your expectations right and you'll be happy.
Basically the best set up in my opinion is RYOBI lithium USB, Milwaukee M12, and any of the 18v+ platforms. Each tool comes with a battery so eventually you'll have a very solid line up. Only complaint is they charge a little slow so it's good to have a bunch at once. HD will do big sales of these once in a while. My favorite actually is being able to charge electronics with the batteries. They're so small and give things enough juice to run for the day!

It's tempting getting this set over spending $40 on the warrior just because I used to have an old version of this screwdriver and I loved it. Somehow it got lost in a move even though I still have the flashlight and charger. Bought a Skil 'Twist' screwdriver and hate it. Since these things are almost all built the same, I wonder if PF didn't 'hold' it correctly or level on some of these tests. The Ryobi was actually pretty quick through cardboard but was rated poorly for not being smooth.

Best electric scissors for the price seems to be either the worx or harbor freight if your main thing is cutting cardboard: https://youtu.be/GD0VczK5G5A

For the price, Skil beat a lot of competitors. Their right angle impact out perform other, O ring on their tools without the price of a Makita. For home owner that need couple tools just to fix around the house, Skil is perfect size and price.
