Having had hands on experience with two B4s, the interface is noticeably more laggy, both while adjusting settings in menus and using the built in apps, due to a lower end processor. It lags more than my 2 year old C2. Granted once you get your settings the way you like them, and if you use a device like an Apple TV 4K, Roku or Fire Stick, those things aren't a big issue. The bigger issue is the B4 doesn't have Dolby Precision Detail for Dolby Vision content, which is also because of that processor. Precision Detail is a setting only available on the Cinema Home and Vivid (don't use vivid) presets, that noticeably increases the brightness and detail of Dolby Vision content even further. Even the C2 has that feature. The B4 is also a few hundred nits dimmer. If none of that stuff matters to you, the B4 still has the same great color and image. It just has those drawbacks.

In for one, since my wife works for a perky company, thanks OP!!

I went to Costco last week to look at TV's to replace a HiSense that died at the integrated power source, and the portly electronics guy in a red jacket was standing on the tv boxes dusting the display shelf. I'm mad at myself for not taking a picture for future memeness. Anyway I left without a tv and considerable pity for future buyers.

Finally got the 18% CB offer and with my 5.25% BofA Cashback makes this a steal. $1420 including 8% tax and after all cashback offers. Plan to selll the soundbar

Good deal. Too bad Best Buy wont price match this.. at least from online chat because its a "member" store. Even though they price match BJs, Costco and Sams Club which are all "member" stores lol maybe I just need to go in person.

Thanks for the data point. Turns out I had a partner account, but it wasn't through Perks, so I would get the same or similar base price of $1799, but not the same bonuses (like a 100% free soundbar, instead being given just 10% off the soundbar when both were added to cart. Similarly, Perks10 didn't work...because my partner account wasn't through them). worship
