I signed up earlier and don't see anything on my account talking about the pizza. Crossing my fingers it takes a day or two for it to load.

Even though I deleted all the old accounts right after their expiration, it seems, it remembers the information. Is it the credit card or the address or name or email address which is the problem? I have tried 3 old emails without success.

As I recall, the Sam's club coupons aren't very user-friendly to see. I remember a couple of years ago, the promo deal would get added to your account but not show up anywhere until you actually checked out with the correct item. At one point, they had a promo where you got a free rotisserie chicken and slice of pizza or something like that for joining. No coupon or offer showed up, but you had to just scan the chicken when you picked it up and it took off that amount when checking out (using their Scan N Go process in the app). Even they didn't see the free slice promo when I asked, but it adjusted the price when I checked out. (However, I think you need to be in the store to do it for a Cafe item to avoid getting charged a pickup fee.)
