It's basically [rbnainfo.com]citric acid plus surfactant. Citric acid is something you can use in multiple situations, so it makes sense just to have around and you can get it on Amazon for around $0.20/oz [amazon.com]. This product probably has around 2oz of citric acid.

I just run it empty with a TB of citric acid. You can't throw any old surfactant in there as sudsing won't work out well for you.
