At $300 original price w/ no pump, seems a bit overpriced. Even at a discount what makes this better than say the Costco Midea Dehumidifier that does have a pump for the same price.

This is the one I've been eyeing and hoping they give a bit of a discount before I buy it.

I've considered this one before but I read some reviews about the pump breaking often. The good thing with Costco is their return policy.

Ouch. Definitely looking for something with a pump though as would want to have it continuously empty instead of having me empty it out. If there is another one you are looking at with one, let me know, maybe I'll start looking for deals on that one instead.

Even then, if the pump does break, it still functions just as well as this one I would think.

Models with the pump likely wouldn't gravity drain (like this one can) if the pump breaks.

Agree that it should have a pump for this price

not having a pump an issue for you? How often do you have to empty? I am thinking about getting one for basement but not sure what to get.

Bought this last week. So far it ran for 2 hour each day for 2 days and showing the humidity came down from approx 60 to 45 in the app graph
But.. not seeing a single drop of water in the collection bucket... 🙄😬..
Note: Not draining in continuous mode..

lol thats like putting it on the outside of your house...makes zero sense unless its a spray foamed roof. Ventilation is what you need more of if humidity is an issue
