Not seeing anything indicating that it's region locked. Also not finding users complaining about antonline games from previous deals being region locked either. Let us know if you decide to pull the trigger!

Site is good, I have bought a few games there before with no issues at all. RDR2 is a nice deal, specially if you really like watch dogs. GTA5 doesn't look as good as the other one IMO.

You mean Xbox One S, not Series S right? The game does have very long load times to boot up from what I remember, and you add in the mechanical drive on the One S which will just make it worse. So yeah you'll need to be patient.
