I bought a NZXT case a long time ago and when I took it out of the box, the plexiglass was cracked. They sent me a new one without hassle - I just had to snap a photo of the receipt from Microcenter. A couple of years ago I upgraded my computer to a 13 series intel chip from something older. I had to get a new heatsink adapter for the NZXT liquid cooler - long out of warranty. They sent me a new 13series chip adapter bracket for their watercooler for free... I didnt even pay postage. So, in my opinion, their service exceeds my expectations.

That white shield make me think motherboard is really expensive lol. Any expert who can really confirm this is a must take deal? Also how is this brand quality? Do they honor the 3 year warranty hassle free?

Believe this a asrock pro. Which is their cheap version mobo. Dressed up in a pretty white casing. But if u going for a white build this will do.

CAM is a cancer. Don't buy this for the lighting controls. I bought a NZXT case with CAM lighting control, and within a year it was disconnected and I run the lights off of my (non-nzxt) motherboard instead.
It demands that you create and account to use your LEDs, and it forces you to log in, every freaking time, before it will re-load your last config.

Agreed, dealt with their support two times and the service is great.

Cannot comment on whether the MB itself is good.

This is a really good deal for a z790 board new. Usually prices like this for a non white color refurbished. As long as ur not overclocking doing a bunch of crazy things, this board is perfectly fine. You do not need to drop 300 for those high end boards with all the bell and whistles. This should fit 95% of all consumers needs. Save the money on a good graphics card if u plan to play games. I would of jumped on this as a spare, but I already have a spare.

NZXT is a Gamer PC, Case and Fan/Cooler builder. Their motherboards are made by ARock and their PSUs by Seasonic.

They also run a VERY scummy computer "rental" business.

Their cases, fans and coolers generally get pretty good reviews. They are not really known for their motherboards. From my understanding it is based on mid-tier ARock, main selling point aesthetics of the clean look provided by the magnetic covers. Biggest knock against it is no Bios flash button, and (at least on Best Buy reviews) red boot light that stays on.
