Bought this at full price based on Project Farm testing. Definitely recommend and wish I got it at this price.

Not sure of the difference, but I have the T300 PLUS and love it. The only knock I have against it is the battery compartment doesn't show the orientation the batteries should be in. I used to carry an expensive analog gauge, but liked the Etenwolf better and it was just as accurate.

I also bought one of these a while back based on the Project Farm video and it's worked very well for me. For $4 might as well get another!

Edit: I believe the only difference with the "Plus" Version is it comes with a pasta valve adapter.

T300
- tire pressure gauge, 2 x AAA batteries

T300 PLUS
- tire pressure gauge, 2 x AAA batteries, presta valve adaptor

It looks like the old (larger) packaging came with Duracell branded batteries, a cloth carrying case, and a (fake?) calibration certificate. The newer (smaller) packaging says both T300/T300 PLUS on the front of the box, but only the PLUS comes with the presta valve adapter (and different UPC sticker).
