The funny part of that so-called "lifetime" equipment protection coverage is that it says (quote)" *For the purpose of this connected equipment warranty, "lifetime" is defined as the lifetime of the product."
So it seems to me if their power strip shorts out or malfunctions, melts or catches fire, and is close enough to your equipment to cause damage OR doesn't cut off when under an overvoltage condition, they just may say that occurred at the end of the lifetime of the product. lol

The USB-A is not a deal breaker for me, but the lack of current is. 2.4A between -two ports- is abysmal. You can barely charge anything at that rate, and you'd be stuck at only having one cable plugged in to do it, so you'd be relegated to slow charge/trickle charge overnight if you use both ports.
