I kinda wince in asking...why $5 more for bone-in?
Bone-in is an actual piece of chicken.
Boneless is just nuggets of random chicken stuff shredded and mashed back together (might even include some bone).
They can get max 4 bone-in pieces from a chicken, but a LOT more "boneless" nuggets.

BWW waitstaff are the absolute worst in the business. This sounds like a good way to get one order of wings for $20.

Awesome deal, but really only worth it if you're downing >20 wings. Otherwise, stick to bogo Tuesdays w/ rewards account.

Also, pro tip: Sit at the bar if using AYCE. You'll be waited on much faster.

My local bar has 95cent wing night and there is no way I'm eating more that 15. clearing 25 would be a task.

edit: and we are taking about Adult chicken wings, not saucy nuggets

Is this taking over the B1G1 Deals on Tuesdays and Thursdays? You can get 20 wings for under $15 for both boneless and bone-in days so really all you can eat for $20 seems a bit much but I guess if you want fries but it still isnt a deal unless you can really eat 25+ wings..

You have found their traditional wings to be breaded?
When I think of breaded wings, I think of Popeye's because they put the dry spice on the bread. Buffalo Wild Wings, when you order sauced wings, it is almost always grilled, basically just the wing and meat, sauced. Chicken tenders to me are like boneless wings or chicken nuggets. They can be just as much bread and filler.
I've never once seen their traditional wings breaded and I've ordered there a lot in the recent past. I have no idea what this person is talking about let alone all the 👍 they got while you got nothing but 👎 on your accurate statement - unless they recently changed something within the past year where they're breading their wings? I'm talking the "traditional" wings vs the dressed chicken nuggets that they all like to market as "boneless wings" - I don't know why people acknowledge these as wings... Oh wait, I think I might know but I'll sound mean if I say why.

The last time they had this promo i had gone with w few buddies. The place was packed and seating was 45min - 1hr+ wait time.

After finally giving up and sitting at the bar and ordering drinks…i joke you not: each new order had an inexplicable wait time of 45 min between each request. We got so bored between servings we began to send random patrons drinks on our behalf. We each ordered 3 times of wings (~2.5 hrs spent) then got too pissed off and left.

Their wings are super good, but even the bartender kept apologizing in the inexplicably exorbitant wait times. No less than 45 min between each round. Never again.
Probably a combination of being busy plus delaying so you get full or frustrated. It's a common tactic anywhere you see AYCE (e.g. Red Lobster and shrimp)

I find their wings, especially boneless, to be overly breaded. Their chicken tenders are so much better, but nomgt AYCE.

😉 enjoy
Their traditional wings are never breaded?

Quote from Patj :

Because boneless are chicken nuggets and they can put whatever they want in there that's not actual chicken, or is random chicken parts (e.g. cheap filler)

Quote from SlikRick :
This is probably worth it to anyone who comfortably enjoys eating more than 20 wings in one sitting.

A local wing place that blows away BWW does $10 for 10 wings on wednesdays and I have leftovers from double wings order usually. Granted they're also jumbo wings, unlike BWW..
Near me 20 pc is $29 and 15 is $23.

This might not be obvious to some people but they let you pick different sauces (something like a different sauce for every 5 or 6 wings), so if you're there with someone else, combine your orders and it will be cheaper than 2 separate smaller orders. Of course that won't work with AYCE (they're not going to let people share that one).

I have a surplus store that sold 5 pound bags of frozen boneless wings for $6 (soon to be expired---gave it a try). Turns out this Distributor brand is where BWW gets their boneless wings (per my Google search of the label).

You can't beat $6 for 5 pounds -- toss them in the air fryer and your favorite sauce. I do agree that it's heavily breaded for boneless wings.
