I ordered a S22 back in December. Phone came and I traded in a A32 5G which I selected for my trade in device. Come April, 2 weeks ago - I get a email that says your trade in came in an empty box.

I'll take SS's certified refurbed over Amazon's renewed/premium renewed ANY day. You obviously never experienced either so stating "not a deal" is stupid!
We keep an S21 as an extra phone but it's starting to show age. Have been waiting for S23 or newer to go on sale... but our S21 isn't an eligible trade-in on this 🙁

Please explain, what am I missing? I don't use my computer. I do everything on my phone. I need more than 128 just for apps.
