They are using different chili pepper as main ingredient for the sauce. NOT the same anymore.

I agree. After the Huy Fong and Underwood Ranch split, I tried both of their sriracha sauces. Neither is the same, but I find I prefer the Underwood Ranch version because it tastes more "right" to me. If I'm at the store and I don't have a choice between the two, I'll still get Huy Fong if it's the only thing available because it's not that big a deal, considering neither tastes exactly right anymore. I still miss the OG.

What's the new "good" sriracha to get? I tried Ox brand and it's not good. The Huy Fong Sambal seems unchanged.
