The $12 tier is decent

Doom (2016) was $2 last month
Wilfenstien bundle is currently $6
Doom 3 was $1 in 2022 (currently $3)
Doom 64 is $1.50 with coupon
Doom 1&2 is ~$1.50 with coupon

However a good number have been given away for free*

edit: Doom 1&2 is ~$3 with coupon (I may have used a round figure of $1.64 from Feb 2024 for my original number)

Hope so, I want to play the remastered versions but out of spite I don't want to pay for either as i have bought them on every system from the PC to N64 to Wii to PC again to Switch and now I technically own both as part of Doom 3 BFG but those didn't get the remaster (probably because they launched from inside of D3's exe).
*Honestly I probably owned them on more systems then that. Throw a couple of PS and XB's in there, maybe a Gamecube....

That sounds like me with Skyrim.

I used to laugh at people who would buy the same Disney rerelease every single time Disney would come out with a new version with NOTHING new from a 70 year old cartoon. But I've also bought umpteen copies of Doom (whatever), Fallout 3/4/NV, Crysis, Mario Kart 8, etc.

I'd buy this bit I already own these. For what it's worth, I hated Doom Eternal. The parkour puzzles suck. Tomb Raiders and High on Life have decent jump puzzles. Eternal's puzzles were frustrating, nonobvious, and unnecessary. I have an RTX 4090, and the game was gorgeous, but I couldn't get past the stupid gameplay.
I totally agree. The jumping and shooting requirement forces you into a certain playstyle. I found 2016 Doom much more approachable and enjoyable. Maybe it's just me prefering old school run 'n gun, vs the off the walls parkour & snipe ala Quake 3.
