That's a pretty decent pre-built. Well balanced, although too bad not 32GB ddr5.

It really is a small difference that won't matter to 99% of people who buy this. 7600x has slightly faster clock speed but draws more power

I'm seeing more and more fast towers being posted, and so far the odd thing is that they are all fast or very fast computers, but with slow ports. With Thunderbolt docks/hubs, 8K video, eGPUs, massive files, external NVMe SSDs, etc. ports are becoming more and more important. 40 Gbps should be your minimum, and more than one if at all possible. If it's me buying, I'm not buying till I can afford a Thunderbolt 5 rig that has multiple 80-120 Gbps ports. Then it's as future proof as possible, if that can be said at all for computers.

Meh deal. I just picked up a sky tech with a Ryzen 7700x, RTX5070, 32gb ram and a aio cpu cooler for $1550. I will say they did a great job assembling and packaging the computer though

If you want to game and do 3D/video rendering and photography and generally everything that requires heavy use to build visual things the X is worth having.
My response went past you huh. The people you're describing won't be buying this at all lol. They'd buy something better

Slickdeals user was saying the same thing about 60hz screen and 144hz screen in 2020. Saying noone will see the difference but gamers.

Slickdeals advice on electronic is bad
It takes two seconds to google "7600 vs 7600x reddit". You should try it.

So now SD is the place we categorize and assume buyers. Got it.

I would jump on that today if it popped back up! I'm scared of 16 ram, but probably don't really need to be

Feels $200 too high. Piles of 5070 hit shelves/web yesterday at almost normal price. cpu+cheap ram+cheap ssd+cheap mb.... doesn't add up .

You buy this for a gaming computer, not to store 8 TB of porn on external drives
