Long story short, yes it's great, especially for 1080p. It should handle a lot of 1440p as well but temper your expectations. It was designed to be a very competent value/budget GPU (starting MSRP of $250 but good luck finding it). It had a ton of praises/great reviews when it came out.

What are some good quiet case fans besides Noctua? I need size 80mm fans.
Be Quiet fans and Noctua are the most popular. Noctua can be very pricey but honestly any decent name brand fans with fan managment software being set to quiet should suffice.

Yeah the problem is people tune them through the software and lower fan speed to make them quieter but as I'm using them in an retro build, I just need one that is quite out of the box and not crazy expensive like Noctua.
