Looks like the 5.1oz version is $24 on Amazon [amazon.com]. I guess these are being clearanced for new packaging?

The Walmart packaging doesn't match the "old" packaging shown on Amazon. Also, there are differences between the ingredients listed.
My guess is either a lesser formulation at Walmart, or possibly even a knock off product.

It appears to be sold via the Paul Mitchell store on Walmart's website, so I think it may just be a different formula.
