These new cases are pretty good. Big holes.
As far as prebuilts go, this is honestly a pretty good deal in the current market; I'd only say consider a MicroCenter trip if you live near one first, but otherwise, not bad at all. Would like to know more about the PSU in it for peace of mind though.

Your list is solid, but a person who is in the pre-built market is not going to have the knowledge to choose a cost efficient PSU that is still reliable, the most cost effective air cooler on the market, and a cheap yet thermally effective case. They might know that Zen 4 X3D is better for gaming, sure, but if you know the rest of that already....why are you shopping for a pre-built?
